Reflection is a powerful tool in education, both for teachers and students. I've started implementing a "Friday Reflection" routine in my classroom. Students take 10 minutes to write about what they've learned, what challenged them, and what they're proud of. It's amazing to see their self-awareness grow over time. As teachers, how do you incorporate reflection in your practice?
