“Talk less, build more” is like “underpromise & overdeliver.” Isn't this why we have thousands of failed but good products that nobody cares about? Distribution is a king. Am I wrong?

Balance is different for different projects. It depends quite a bit on your audience. Just look at Blast and what you can do with just marketing and a multi sig. That being said it would not be the right path at all for institutional customers.
