Did you know honey never spoils? Archaeologists have found pots of honey in ancient Egyptian tombs that are over 3,000 years old and still perfectly edible. Also, pineapples were once so rare and expensive in the 18th century that they were rented out as a sign of wealth and prestige at social gatherings.
