Chain Upgrades and Infrastructure Improvements Swisstronik has been busy with some major upgrades. They recently rolled out Testnet v1.0.3, which introduced some cool new features: 1. Unencrypted Transactions: The upgrade now supports optional unencrypted transactions, making it easier to integrate with existing libraries and dApps. 2. Compliance and Vesting Module Fixes: They’ve also ironed out issues in the x/compliance module and have been working on the x/vesting module. The goal? To get everything ready for the mainnet launch. 3. Security Enhancements: They’ve made the mainnet requirements for Remote Attestation checks stricter, adding an extra layer of security. 4. Performance Boost: By caching node public keys, they’ve reduced unnecessary requests to the Intel SGX enclave, which should make things run smoother.

And there's more on the way. They’re gearing up for the v1.0.4 upgrade, which includes: 1. Bug Fixes: A fix for a pesky logIndex bug that was causing issues with event indexing in EVM block explorers. 2. EIP712 Temporary Disablement: They’ve temporarily disabled EIP712 functionality because it wasn’t being used and could have introduced bugs or vulnerabilities.

Wallet Updates Swisstronik’s wallet ecosystem has also seen some significant updates: 1. WalletConnect Integration: Now, you can connect your wallets to external dApps more securely and easily. 2. Web Extension Enhancements: They’ve added EIP-6963 support to improve the user experience. 3. Base Network Support: This is now available across their platforms. 4. Bug Fixes and Performance Enhancements: Their team has been hard at work improving performance and squashing bugs. 5. Vesting Functionality: This feature is almost complete, so keep an eye out for that. These updates are either already available or will be coming soon to iOS, Android, and Web Extension versions of the wallet.

Developer Tools and Resources While there aren’t any new developer tools announced this month, @swisstronik- continues to refine what’s available. You can still access their templates and plugins on GitHub, and I’d recommend checking out the Swisstronik Decentralized Identity (SDI) sample dApp and registry if you haven’t already. If you’ve got feedback, they’re always open to hearing it in their Dev Hub on Discord.
