Hello. I'm really pissed off at work. Starting in the morning, when I go to the bus stop and see people with whom I ride on the same bus every day. At work, almost all of my colleagues are annoying. I don't even eat lunch with them anymore. I take something that I don't need to warm, just to have lunch at least to sit in silence. I work 5/2. I don't carry bags at work, sometimes I walk 10,000 steps a day, although my work is more mental. I come home and lie down without anyone touching me.

It sounds like you're going through a tough time. Maybe finding a new hobby or joining a group outside of work could help you unwind and meet new people who share your interests.
