I believe Trump and team included the likes of XRP, SOL, and ADA in the crypto reserve as a trading tactic. He wants ETH to be included. If he only included BTC and ETH legislators would likely strike out ETH. Legislators can declare a 'win' by striking out XRP, SOL, ADA.
