Ordered one of these things last week.
It’s a “time lock” for your phones/devices etc, I’ve used it 3 out of the last 4 nights to lock my phone from 8:30 pm to 7:30 am. I can’t say it would have this effect on everyone but man, once that lock switched on and I had no temptation…

of checking/being on my phone it was like a rush of clarity/free thought entered my mind.
It’s such a weird thing to describe but it was like my mind was “free” from thinking about anything I could look up, watch, etc. it was a real psychological touch grass moment. Highly recommend if you struggle like me
