The proliferation of the SM7B makes the audiophile in both happy and sad. It's a great podcasting mic for a wide range of voices, but a world where there is essentially one mic being used by all podcasts is a sad world.

Have been using an AT875r for quite some time. Has been a great low-cost, good quality option that is more travel friendly.
