I have now gone 7/10 pour over bags torn from being too lazy to use a gooseneck kettle, so I a) keep doing it without and surely my luck improves b) keep doing it but put a metal filter underneath so when I inevitably tear it it’s already filtered

trying to hire a protocol engineer is kinda like being a contestant on the bachelor, where you know that they're going to tell you how amazing your date (protocol) was, but they also have twelve other dates where they say things like "i just really feel a connection with them"

theres a place called artificer that has a particular spot in my heart, also made of many roasts some amazing stuff, also a big fan of lots of single o's stuff, and reuben hills in sydney does some epicccc filter stuff. but like also theres 10 more places but i feel like i have a bag from these 5 all the time
