USDT.D is a crypto index which is rarelt analyzed. It shows the domination of USDT (Tether) to all cryptocap. USDT is the main pair on all CEXes, basicly USD value of altcoins. When the index falls it means that BTC+altcoins are being bought for USDT (less USDT on the market than other crypto). If it rises- vice versa
