Billionaire investor John Paulson predicts that the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates to as low as 2.5% by the end of 2025. Paulson stated that the Federal Reserve has been too slow in cutting interest rates and will take measures to lower them in the coming months. In an interview with Bloomberg TV, Paulson estimated that the federal funds rate could drop to 3% or even 2.5% next year. He pointed out that maintaining high real interest rates (the gap between bond yields and current inflation rates) means that the Federal Reserve has fallen behind in relaxing monetary policy. Paulson also emphasized that the comments of the President and the Secretary of the Treasury on economic policies are crucial. @huongnkt5
