I got it. It's a definite improvement over the last version of 11 I had. Seems smoother. However, on the usual route I drive a lot it still struggled at two of the same stop sign intersections that it always has. Admittedly, kind of weird intersections but it didn't seem to handle them differently than it did on 11.

Also, 12.3 seems to cut a lot closer to curbs when turning sometimes. Like too close. I think 12.3.1 might have addressed that a bit, at least from what I saw on X. I'm on 12.3 currently, not 12.3.1.
