I’ll be using these tips to swap them for @magentadao.eth native tokens, which will be distributed as part of an internship program @magentadao.eth is developing. It’s a mentor/intern program that pairs U.S. based executives with students across Latin America. We started in January and are slowly rolling it out, so far we have about 7 interns, though only 2 are currently on Warpcast @alandaniel and @verdadabierta We’re planning to onboard more interns starting in May! Our team @simonalorn @altosix @esparzacarvajal @alfredodc @ssantana @rudaro @mfmplus2024 with support from @farlands (@thekris & @vittoriocappelli) are also working on educational content for a dedicated streaming channel to help onboard new participants to web3 & /warpcast Stay tuned! Just like the internet changed every industry, blockchain and Ai are on the way to revolutionize every industry, some sooner than others. The companies in the vanguard have the highest risk reward there is, but that’s where decentralization comes into play, when groups build based on common interests is a win win for everyone, even if it takes a bit longer and pivots along the way have to be made, when you work on your passion are you really working?

Technological advances, such as the use of AI, are inevitable and the film industry is no exception. It will be fascinating to see how far filmmakers are able to take advantage of technology, reducing post-production times, without replacing the artistic essence of cinema and the human ability to create a narrative that captures the attention of audiences. Ultimately, markets always set the trend. We'll see what happens.
