Meta question: would you want to be able to take your warpcast followers, content, and engagement history (basically the entire ledger of your warpcast social footprint) elsewhere whenever you want? Basically export import whenever

The intuitive answer is "yes" but at what cost?

If it ISNT the same social experience, then we potentially have a dilemma, I don't know what to term this dilemma yet but basically it means users of a social platform will just stick to one platform the more decentralized it gets

This is because switching costs and the choice paradox are orders of magnitude bigger when people can move their social ledgers anywhere

This dilemma becomes a deeper hole when the social platform adds features that are centers of gravity around which users have shared experiences, whether that's channels or frames

Imagine over a year, you and your community built a sub-culture within a channel or types of interactions with frames

All of the social, identity, memetic, and cultural references are attached to the channel or frames

Can I then take these references elsewhere and still have the same experience and meaning? If I couldn't, then did I really own my social ledger in the first place?

Follow up thought: 
Even if you could easily switch platforms and take your followers and data with you, is it still the same social experience if your followers don't follow you to that new platform? 

Is a "like" on one platform equal to a "view" on another? Are they interchangeable in meaning and monetisation?
