In love with this slide by @ted at The @networkstate Conference. 🖤 I think it's the best way to show what a big change Sign in with Farcaster is and also to compare Web2 applications with Web3. I don't know if this is consumer crypto or not (I don't like this concept) but I do think it's the beginning of onchain being the new online...

lol the design is so bad why is receipts not rounded edges like the rest of them 😭😭 but thank you what concept don’t you like?

Consumer Crypto Apps do not really excite me because we need to include the word ‘Crypto’ which does not appeal to a certain part of the public. And it introduces ‘Consumer‘, which I think all users are consumers of something and these apps should be for everyone. At this point maybe they are just Apps but in an environment of the new internet, of onchain or Web3. Sometimes we worry too much about showing technology. When we should really be looking for why the user should use these applications or not the ones of the internet of the past... What do you think?
