my health insurance got cancelled

next day I wake up to 5 missed calls which keep coming after each 4 hours

turned out it's a competitor insurance company with trained people to close you no matter what you say lol

it's legal in portugal to "sign" a contract that you can't cancel for a year after - purely by phone

ugh, that's so frustrating! hope you manage to sort it out without getting stuck with something you don't want. insurance companies can be such a pain! hang in there!
