What’s the most interesting piece of information you’ve come across lately?

I’ve been fascinated by the post Pax Americana economic regime we’ve entered into… a rising interest rate, inflationary, multi-polar world with geopolitical conflict. We haven’t seen this environment for over 40 years - it’s terrifying but there are opportunities as well

Absolutely opportunities, but history definitely repeats itself. It’s the ‘70’s and ‘80’s all over again (or at least headed that way).

Great book on market history - Triumph of the Optimists - I think we’re more akin to 60s era inflation heading to 70s era. Also recommend reading Chris Cole’s work at Artemis Capital on how asset classes perform across different environments
