What if nobody cares about utility? And by nobody, I mean people that are not yet here, that we'd like to come, either because they'll buy our assets at higher prices, and/or because we want them to benefit from the freedom that blockchain technology can bring For the latter... /1

It's important to note that for someone not interested particularly in the structure of what and how something is benefitting him/her, the benefit needs to be evident. What benefit have we made truly evident, easy? (e.g. Warpcast is doing a good job building evident* benefit of social networking) /2

What could any person in the world start using that blockchain has developed that can change their lives rn for the better? In the simplest for of crypto, as money, we're still a bit away from a clear structure in which these potential benefits can develop. Easiest way would be goods and services adapting. /3

But that won't happen. Old structures are too heavy. We're seeing the other way around E.g.: Visa is creating a card that can be tied to a blockchain wallet and allow direct use of it in real time This last step is crucial to sell (and make real for) the newcomer the possibility of improvement of his situation /4

If you've ever tried onboarding, one of the questions you've heard the most is: "Okay I make some - how do I take it out? How do I make it real?" A clear structure is not enough, it needs to be brought to life by a use case that tackles (improves) a current day to day human necessity state to be successful. /5

At @jobanetwork we consider this: 1) We allow users to sign up through email, thanks to @dynamic and @itai. 2) We allow users to verify and acquire skills, apply for work & get jobs 3) Users can acquire new skills to leverage, and get paid for their work /6

4) Users then materialize that crypto irl through a mechanism similar to the one described above (visa), or those newly acquired skills to apply for better work If you make it clear enough, & understand that not everybody cares about the tech, you'll communicate value of what you're building to newer crowds easily /7
