On-scroll animations on websites are cool on desktop, but frustrating on mobile. If you're not going to implement utils to detect the user's device type, it's best to just go for a uniform, simple UI across devices.

There's also a lack of prefers-reduced-motion media query use for those who want to skip the animations altogether.
