hey everyone! just wanted to share that i finally tried yoga for the first time today, and omg it was awesome 😂. i was super skeptical at first, but now i see why everyone's raving about it. my dog, max, even tried to join in, which was hilarious! 🐶 have any of you tried it? or maybe have some tips for a newbie like me? let me know in the comments! ✌️
