Today’s lunch: Went to Royal Host today, personally my favorite Family Restaurant in Japan. And this Angus Steak over Garlic Pilaf Rice is my favorite dish. Sided with a kale salad + vinegar Great way to start the week 🫡

Looks proper and decently cooked and delicious. I wonder what cut of steak it is. The fat there makes me think it's from a NY style cut.

It’s called sirloin steak, I don’t know if it’s the cut name, I’m not an expert. Btw it’s the best considering the Family restaurant standards 😅
