Yes ~ cool, 80s nostalgic vibe which is very well done especially if you grew up then. Well wrtitten, great characters and a perfect mix of the Goonies and X-Files. On the other side of that, IMO they need to have killed off some of the major main characters. They introduce new characters only to kill them leaving all of the "main" characters safe.

Oh yeah! Once you learn the dynamics of new characters probably it will loose the first season magic. But I’m totally agree on the well written and 80’s vibes are so good. I saw in it a little of “stand by me” too.

The closure is always difficult. I’m curious too. I watched with my daughters and for them is more like a fantasy drama. They have a complete different reaction.
