When I was a sous chef, when I hired new cooks I always had them make me aglio e olio. Simple dish that is incredibly easy to mess up.

Nah, my previous life in the States. California and Seattle. I have a storied career from when I started in the kitchen at 15. And yeah, smoke that oil and you can hand up your apron. 😅

Hhaha...yeah man...wayyyy different times. I started working with my Dad at 8-9 and then had a paper route until 15. Sheesh...!
