Todayโs lunch is Carbonara ๐ฅ Have my daughterโs boyfriend at home and he loves Carbonara but he never eat the Italian one. I leave for you the only the ingredients because the process is little complicated to explain on a short cast: 1. Pasta: whatever you want but I prefer long pasta. Here I used Bucatini 2. Guanciale: is a nobile piece of the pork, the Cheek. If you canโt find it you can use bacon ๐ฅ that is the belly. 3. Eggs: 1 egg for person, we use only the yolk but if itโs too heavy use the white to dilute. Donโt use cream because it gives you the milky taste. 4. Goat Cheese. Parmesan is also good. When my wife is around I canโt use Goat cheese. 5. Black Pepper: a lot of black pepper. Buon appetito ๐๐

Instant nap! hahhahahah! I used to make myself a giant plate of carbonara every night after my cooking shift, eating around midnight. I could only do that becasue for 8 hours I never stopped moving and spent a ton of calories. Not it just sits in my belly. hahahahah
