how does one become a nomad Erik? asking for a friend

for us it was

1. invest heavily - i’ve personally focused mostly on crypto the last 3-4 yrs 
2. find ways to make money remotely - i started a remote biz can do from anywhere, fc a nice supplement now!
3. find lower cost of living places that work time zone wise with however u make your money, for me it helps to be no further than europe bc i needa be up for US time zone meetings

that’s pretty much it, we spend 2-3 months a time in places, all airbnb, and we research the places before going, mostly just livin!

after having our little girl I am really starting to think about finding remote work that affords me time to spend with her as she grows in these important years. Would be so nice to then parlay that into a future of travel and nomadism. Thanks for sharing this is very inspirational and seems very doable the way you break it down.
