Dear Farcaster Artists, this is an appreciation post for you. Here is a photo of the trail where I go running. Every spring the area gets very marshy/boggy with standing water. I used to see it and think it was ugly. Hanging around so many creative people here taught me to see the world differently. I have to stop my run now to marvel at the beauty. The reflection, the light, the small insects, the alternating stillness and movement, the contrast of green and brown. There really is beauty everywhere when you can train yourself to spot it.

couldn’t agree more w this sentiment 🫶 one of the things photographers taught me here too is appreciating natural light no matter the place u see it!

Yes! I need to get better at observing and noticing light. @jonathancolton was showing me how to look at light and shadows when we were at the farcon summit last week
