the chiles is a stuffed pepper, full of flavor, i have no idea how to even describe it πŸ˜‚ pastor street tacs are πŸ”₯ these ones were 10 pesos ($0.50) per taco hyped to go to oaxaca in june too, have heard it’s one of the best food scenes in the country

I tried to make my own once. It took all day to just shop for the ingredients in Los Angeles. Then I had to toast all the different. She lays and grind them while crying the whole time. It’s utterly delicious. Chocolate Chile sauce
