back from din we did a lil bowtie creole w shrimp, sausage, crab, and chicken paired it w a woodford on the rocks 🥃 time to sit on patio and see what up on the purple app

It's not traditional grits. You take a dozen fresh corn and use a grater to shred dat shit into a pan. It's pretty simple after that, but glorious. Some creole shrimp to go w it....mmmm mmm mm mm mm. Probably blasphemy to a true southerner lol.
