there was a lot of early gaming of tips via this way, and it makes sense to discourage it imo

i guess if two ppl/bots are tipping each other back and forth non stop that makes sense

prob should be a balance bc if someone tips a hundo degen saying have a great day it’s natural for me to want to respond w a hundo degen saying have a great day too, idk i do see both sides

my guess is that it's for repeated actions that accumulate to a lot, but i'm not positive. 

Probably best to modify it by a little bit each time would be the easiest way to show "reciprocity"
