this is going to help those of us who tip ppl often, microsub will help contain the limit and keep it under 15 tips, letting us go about our days without thinking as much about it, and still giving room for one off tips for content we like

Thank you bro! Do you know if 2 people have each other nominated with microsub, would that get them nuked? I heard somewhere yesterday that microsub didn't count in the new rule, but I'm not sure if that's correct.

microsub would still technically count in the rule i think, but bc @downshift.eth updated how microsub tips it won’t go over the 15 even if both have each other nominated at least that’s my understanding personally think microsub should be green light for daily tips especially to ppl we support daily (i.e. artists who share here daily), but i don’t think that’s the case anymore if it were up to me, which it’s not lol, how i’d recommend it to be done is if someone tips back directly to a tip, they should only be able to do that 15 times, but it shouldn’t penalize the person who initially gave the tip imo

Ohhhhh that's a great update if so! I might use the service if that's a thing for sure! I like your last bit, where it should only penalize the final giver, but either way it sucks knowing we have to keep track to some extent, at least if we planned on tipping as frequent as we used to. My thought was just tip a handful of big tips each day and rotate the recipients, that way I don't have to track, nor worry about 15 reciprocal tips with someone lol.
