community is found on fc by actively seeking out what others are saying and sharing instead of only trying to get ppl to see what we have to say and share sounds too obvious, but the reality is most social apps are built on broadcasting and passive consumption, fc is built on connection and active collaboration 🌱↑

this may also be why some ppl churn here for now - other socials have subconsciously tried to get us to only care about individual viral as a means to “better” content and more profit for them, so when someone comes here and broadcasts while not participating in conversation, they have a challenging time reality is the culture on fc leaves ppl feeling good, while cultures on other apps often leave ppl feeling lonely

Exactly! Farcaster flips the script from individual reach to genuine connection, and for those used to chasing “viral,” it can feel unfamiliar. The culture here fosters belonging, whereas other platforms often fuel isolation.
