a common issue I see on sites using CB Smart Wallet is that the pop up gets blocked on safari, and the ui errors out. we experienced this too while building moshicam and for us the solution was to not trigger the tx confirmation pop up asynchronously. safari wants you to open the popup immediately when the user clicks

safari still commonly used? have had no issues on chrome

yea chrome is fine its a safari thing id say pretty common, its the default browser on mac and ios
