aware but haven’t checked it out too much yet

if they can connect the pipes between this and clanker/LP stuff i think it looks like a fun mechanism to experiment with creative collectives making things that explicitly benefiting token communities vs the mostly implicit ways they help now (posting vibes etc)

big time flywheel - i’d love to be able to set it up to auto buy back and burn the touchgrass tokens from the gallery wallet as rewards come in, will buy back manually for now

investor, photographer, nomad, exploring onchain & exploring the 🌎 /positivesum

fascinated by clanker and fascinated by onchain art, so decided to experiment w combining the two

here’s what i did

>created a touchgrass gallery on base using a new coinbase wallet address - this new wallet earns rewards on each gallery mint alongside the artists - anyone can contribute art/photos to the gallery
>created the first touchgrass nft in the gallery using my main wallet as the artist - i believe half of the mint proceeds go to the new touchgrass wallet that i used to create the gallery and the other half to the artist
>prompted clanker to deploy $touchgrass using the same image as the first nft in the gallery
>the plan is buy back $touchgrass tokens with the rewards that the new touchgrass wallet earns as more people mint and collect in the gallery

i believe that onchain tokens and onchain art will intersect in ways that align incentives for their communities - fc will become the home for this experimentation just as it is for so many other areas onchain 🌱

artists could use it like we’re seeing w touchgrass, but imagining it could also be used for a community to start creating meme nfts that align w the meme tokens too
