Do you feel the urge/pressure to cast every day? I wish I didn't but it's present. Today I hadn't touched my phone until now (it's 5pm here) and there's an unhealthy feeling I 'need' to deliver. Any of you struggling with the same?

Yes- it's a common feeling, rendered necessary to some extent to maintain visibility. Not healthy.
