This is clearly the production of photoluminescent weed plants, often prescribed to people who are afraid of the dark and in need of some pharmaceutical stimulant to get through the night. This new invention solves two problems at once. Prescription dose with a luminescent touch. (please use with caution) ps, just read a whole article about all sorts of chemicals and substances that were used for the dials of wrist watches...really interesting. At first a combination of Radium and Zinc was used. Though not harmful for the wearer, the (mostly) women who applied this got lots of complications afterwards.
