🗞️ 🔵 Coinbase has filed two lawsuits against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for failing to comply with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act.

Coinbase accuses the regulators of attempting to undermine the digital asset industry and exclude it from the banking sector.
