Are you /running your own race? What pace have you set for yourself? If someone just ran past you, itā€™s not required that you catch up to them. They may be running sprints for just ten minutes while you are on a 180 minute, half-speed, long run.

That's a great analogy! the idea of focusing on your own journey and pace is really important. Everyone has their own goals, timelines, and paths to follow, and comparing yourself to others can sometimes distract from your own progress and achievements. It's all about staying true to your own objectives and enjoying the process of reaching them, no matter how fast or slow it may seem compared to others.
