I’ve been going to a trainer for 2 years straight now. Never before in my years did I ever work out but these last 2 years I’ve learned the value of continuous working out. Especially as I approach 50 has this been a hugh life improvement. Keep it up DC

I’ve been seeing a personal trainer for 2 years now. Twice a week. It’s made me feel better physically. I highly recommend for all those Gen Xs on here. Getting old doesn’t have to hurt. I want to be active and feel light until I’m in my 90’s
