(1/🧵) 10 Ways Ecosystem Teams Support Builders 🤝 There's been some discourse about ecosystem roles, what they entail, how they interact with BD, devrel, and operations, and how they can support an ecosystem without exerting control over it. I don't buy into "build it and they will come". An ecosystem needs to be designed and fostered. Give teams the freedom and power to build what they want, and help them to achieve this. Here's the 10 top things I believe an ecosystem team needs to align on and execute on daily: 1. Finding, chatting with, and onboarding all of our new partners, dapps, DEXes, lending platforms, vaults, stablecoins, LSTs, NFT marketplaces, prediction markets, memecoins, launchpads, ai agents, etc 2. Asking about all their dependencies and onboarding all the infra they need: oracles, bridges, block explorers, subgraphs, RPC nodes, validators, wallets/exchanges, etc 3. Fleshing out and negotiating all the grants, investments, and liquidity deals

(2/🧵) 4. Introing the projects to all the external resources they need- VCs, auditing firms, market makers, accounting firms, PR agencies, recruiting firms, accelerators, incubators, and launchpads. 5. Managing all of these conversations and offering help on biweekly calls and in the chats anytime they have questions. Projects want somebody to talk to. Very much in like customer support. 6. Making sure we're engaging with their content. Routing any technical support questions to the tech team and any marketing they need to the marketing team. 7. Doing quality assurance on their projects once they are live so that the user experience is good across the ecosystem 8. Figuring out who's gonna be at what conference to make sure they're represented at our events we host there

(3/🧵) 9. Making new BD connections- If 2 projects can benefit from each other, maybe they don't know each other yet, so they can connect. 10. Then there's all the internal stuff- tracking, reporting, analyzing, researching, and presenting to the rest of the team on a regular basis so everyone is up to date. Championing projects internally to get MoUs passed, etc. In general, projects want to know that there's a person they can talk to. A lot of Nibiru projects have come to us because they feel they get no support from the chains they're currently on and they're just kind of "expected" to launch there because of the brand and liquidity. We're not just building an ecosystem of products, we're building an ecosystem of teams and people.
