The #1 quality I now look for in founders is resilience. The world is full of people who will tell you your ideas are shit or they won't work or why your project will fail. Bet on people who have undeniable self-confidence and conviction in themselves and their team and will find any way to make it happen.

Never thought I'd encounter so many entrepreneurs who, after raising, quit or let their companies fail over solvable issues I thought more founders understood that taking money or having employees means you make it work, full stop.
