Eth/poly are the safest bets or arbi if more defi focused I think.

Arbitrum had explosive growth in Defi following the nitro upgrade. Mostly in anticipation of an air drop. They handle 62% of weekly eth transactions now. 

But in terms of NFTs, with the way marketplaces are all racing to 0 with royalties, other chains start to look more enticing.
