When I'm operating in Zone 5, I don't live on a 24-hour schedule. I work until I can't work anymore. I sleep until I can work again. That cycle is rarely 24 hours. Interestingly, I tend to settled into a 27-hour cycle so I get completely out of phase with the world 😅
