The farcaster feed may need more curation with the proliferation of mini apps with social posts (e.g. requesting seeds on @farville) These types of posts are critical to game dynamics but also can pollute the feed. Posting only to a games channel could help users protect their followers from unrelated content (although mini apps would then get worse distribution) This is going to be an interesting balance to try to maintain. Thinking about this because of this post from @ted which makes a great point of not spamming your followers with mini apps⦠but if I donāt request daily seeds Iāll never win a farville competition (cc @limone for thoughts)

agree with you and indeed /farville casts related to the miniapp all happen within the channel iām not sure thereās a way to solve for everyone, as preferences are differents, but likely weāre on an open and permissionless social so if a user doesnāt like the algo feed by warpcast and they have no way to mute mini-app embeds, they can switch to another client

yeah, greaet point. @ds8 pointed out the same thing about /framedl power users; they play every day and share their results. @woj.eth and i have been thinking about this, as well. no solution yet but top of mind for us.
