1/ Had a pretty big nostalgia flashback when I saw Coinye West was relaunched on Base. Messed around with it myself back in 2014 before it was shut down by Kanye and his lawyers. Legit curious how Coinbase would react now if Kanye tried to go after it again.

2/ Until Base moves onto more decentralization, I suppose the sequencer/nodes could censor txs. That said, I would think Coinbase or any L2 would fight any lawsuit hard because censorship would be a big blow to future adoption of that L2

Someone can always force include a transaction from the L1, so no way for CB to fully censor.
