I was wondering why some phaver users with low points always sharing super post and spend most of their points until I saw some new users asking meaning of the points in the

It's totally normal in the beginning. Share quality content and stay consistent. Your profile will grow anyways

One more question please, is there's any requirements to get verification badge? or it just by the lvl

Not depends on the level. 

If you already have big account out of the phaver, or if you meet the team in real life events, you can get verified badge. Also high & quality phaver activity may be rewarded with verified badge
