1. Warpcast competitor either works as: open source project, small team like Supercast or once the protocol is 2 orders of magnitude larger 2. Definitely an opportunity 3. I don't think that's significant friction for most users right now. At scale, sure. 4. PWAs are fine if your use case is 1x a week or 1x a month. Not daily.
