In my journey through the web3 ecosystem, it’s become obvious: no matter how fire your tech is, without a community manager, na wahala. 🙃

Think about it:

• Retention: They keep the community members from drifting away. Just look at /uniswap – these folks are still pushing the protocol forward because the community manager ensures people feel heard and stay connected.
• Engagement: It’s not enough to have 10k Discord members if no one’s chatting. A strong community manager creates spaces for dialogue, just like /aave  with their constant feedback sessions.
• Building Trust: In web3, trust is GOLD. Community managers lead with transparency, helping projects avoid FUD.

Community managers are like glue – holding the vision together. If you’re thinking of starting a web3 project, invest in a solid community manager.

That person will either make or break your project!
