The SPP discussion explored trade-offs between 6.4 and 6.5: 6.4 compares basic vs extended budgets per project; 6.5 compares all budgets together. 6.5 offers simpler UI, better safety for misvotes, and more flexibility.

Public Goods Presentation: Remix is spinning out from EF as a public good, with support from Vermouth and Stupay. 700K MAUs, 33K daily deployments, and 88% of OZ templates opened in Remix. EF will match ecosystem support.
