Meta-Governance Updates — March 25 ✧

Today’s meeting covered the weekly endowment report, updates on the Service Provider Program (SPP), and a discussion on the Copeland Method in ranked-choice voting.

Meta-Governance meetings will take place at 10 AM Eastern Daylight Time, reflecting the adjustment for Daylight Saving Time. Please take note of the change. Add the DAO’s calendar to stay updated on the latest meeting times.

kpk.eth presented updates on the ENS Endowment: 

• AUM at $81.87m
• funds 99.92% allocated
• APR at 3.2%. 
• PUR v5 on queue

SPP discussions this week covered open source expectations, the Copeland Method in ranked-choice voting, and deadline clarifications—SPP proposals are due March 31, 11:59:59pm UTC.

Next Tuesday is the Delegate meeting, intended to serve as an all-hands forum for ENS delegates. The goal is to share key information for the upcoming month. Delegates will be contacted directly this week.

Meta-Governance 2025 outlook includes delegate onboarding, proposal reviews, endowment planning, DAO coordination, and exploring ETH staking. Focus areas: increasing delegation, refining meetings, and addressing regulatory and voter participation challenges.
