A new draft proposal introduces a 'ProposalBond' to the Governor, lowering the proposal threshold from 100k to 1k ENS. 

This bond serves as a collateral that could be forfeited depending on the vote's outcome.

Ecosystem — Service Provider Updates:

Unruggable launches its first release for resolving names from L2 rollups to L1 Ethereum. 

Supports OP Stack, Arbitrum, and other ZK EVMs, with nested requests & EVMv1 compatibility.
